The forces of our global economic culture have been aligned against the more creative, more considered, more soul-centred business leader for many years now. These forces pressure us to work tirelessly to prove our worth. To keep earning more in order to feel successful.
But keeping busy in this game is exhausting. It feels like hard work because it is hard work. There’s no fun. No joy. No life.
There are no clear winners when the rules of the game are to compete more, to make more, to grow more, to keep earning more. The net result is an emptiness inside that only gets larger.
But all is not lost. There is hope. A revolution is stirring.

Another Way is a community for entrepreneurs who understand that authentic success requires both strategic thinking and inner alignment - that your business is ultimately a reflection of your consciousness, clarity, and personal energy.
We believe the most powerful leaders operate from a place of deep self-awareness, trust their intuition alongside data, and create businesses that serve people, purpose, profit and, not least, themselves. When you align your business with your authentic truth, manage your energy intentionally, and lead from clarity rather than cultural conditioning, extraordinary outcomes naturally emerge.
Our goal for the Another Way Leadership Programme is to go beyond the usual business strategies and tactics offered by most peer networking groups to address the consciousness, energy, and alignment that make those strategies and tactics work.
We believe that when you're in alignment, the right strategy becomes obvious. When you trust your true self intuition, decisions become clearer. When you manage your energy, your capacity expands.
Having said that, we're not anti-business or anti-commercial success. We believe in both profit and purpose, both metrics and meaning, both strategy and intuition. We speak the language of business while celebrating the less tangible dimensions of leadership.

Hello. I’m Richard Simpson.
And I’m Simon Farrell.
This Programme has emerged from a journey of running businesses and working together that spans nearly 20 years.
Along the way we’ve enjoyed plenty of successes, faced some significant challenges and survived many failures.
It’s not been the easiest of journeys. But we now see how necessary these experiences have been for our personal and spiritual growth.
We believe there’s another way to think about business. Another way to lead in the world. Another way to conceive of success. Another way to be.
We’ve created Another Way Leadership Programme because we believe there are other leaders who believe the same as we do.

Programme Outline
The goal of the programme is bring like-minded leaders together to belong, explore and evolve. Together we’ll discover what it means to lead a business in a more soul nurturing way. And to support each other in maintaining high frequency as we do so.
The programme is group-based and anchored around 6 in-person, half day sessions. There’ll be fortnightly Zoom calls in-between the sessions and ongoing WhatsApp comms to provide support, community and inspiration.
